Senior DevOps Engineer

Overview:

We are a company building AI voice technology that can book taxis order flowers and more. Currently we are scaling up our voice infrastructure and looking for a team member with experience in operations. Our team consists of smart curious and kind engineers who value quality and patience over rushing out products.

Responsibilities:

• Scale and load balance hightraffic voicecalling servers across multiple regions.
• Develop and deploy on Azure ensuring efficient and reliable performance.
• Utilize Python for various scripting and automation tasks; experience with C# is a plus.
• Manage deployments on AWS and GCP with a preference for experience in CloudFormation and Ansible playbooks.
• Set up and maintain internal DevOps pipelines and VM environments.
• Deploy and manage monitoring systems to ensure uptime error logging and latency tracking.
• Implement best practice security principles including container scanning and firewall management.
• Work with Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.
• Contribute to microservice architecture development.

Qualifications:

• Proven expertise in Azure deployments for hightraffic loadbalanced servers.
• Proficiency in Python; knowledge of C# is beneficial.
• Familiarity with AWS and GCP; experience with CloudFormation and Ansible is preferred.
• Experience with Ubuntu and Windows Server environments.
• Strong background in setting up DevOps pipelines and VM environments.
• Knowledge in deploying and managing monitoring systems.
• Understanding of security best practices including container scanning and firewall management.
• Experience with microservice architectures is a plus.
• Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong work ethic curiosity and ability to work well in a team.
• Candidates with previous experience building systems at scale are highly preferred.
