Job Description

Are you a people person and do youlike to help others Then we have the job for you! We are currently looking for customer service employees who can strengthen our team in the Casablanca office. Are you keen on giving our customers a great experience are you willing to help customers with all the questions that they got and do you want to relocate to Casablanca Morocco Then we are looking for you!

Your role

The candidate will be working on a project with relatively simple processes you will be initially calling out to clients and shifting to inbound queries and questions from customers also handling orders and rescheduling delivery appointments as well as upselling to customers who already have orders in hand.

There is a training program in which you will go through all the aspects of the job.

Profile

  • Fluent in Dutch or Flemish
  • Working proficiency in English
  • Call centre experience is an added value but not required
  • Good interpersonal and soft skills
  • Basic knowledge of IT tools Commercial acumen (enjoy selling)
  • Able to follow procedures around sensitive data
  • You can submit proof that you are free of criminal offences
  • Flexibility and punctuality regarding working hours (shifts including evening and weekend services)

Tasks

  • Sale of food products to existing customers Contact customers to offer them the opportunity to order food products.
  • Appointments Contact customers to schedule Bofrost delivery service
  • Replan upsell Contact existing customers to reschedule a delivery appointment
  • Upsell to customers who already have orders in hand
