Product Designer mfd

Our mission is to make people more fulfilled at work. We rely on coaching to bring this mission to life within organizations. Since 2016 we have been offering a platform with a global pool of coaches to expand coaching offerings within companies. We are one of the pioneers in Europe and collaborate with enterprises such as ASML Atos BASF Capgemini NTT Data Merck and Telekom.

Tasks

• Generate creative ideas and concepts for our existing platform as well as new products or features.
• Conduct user research to understand user needs pain points and behaviors. Create user personas journey maps and wireframes based on research insights.
• Develop wireframes prototypes and highfidelity mockups using tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD.
• Ensure consistency in visual design and interaction patterns across products.
• Present design concepts and solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Work closely with product managers to define product goals and design requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers to ensure design feasibility and fidelity during implementation.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems and libraries.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Product Design Interaction Design Graphic Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product design UX/UI design or a related role.
• Proven experience in designing digital products with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma Adobe Creative Suite or similar.
• Strong understanding of usercentered design principles usability and accessibility.
• Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and a strong aesthetic sense.
• Solid understanding of frontend development principles (HTML CSS JavaScript) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fastpaced environment.
• Strong problemsolving skills and a creative mindset.
• Communicate and write fluently in English (German native skills are a plus).
