We are seeking a highlymotivated German speakingKey Account Manager (m/f/d) to join our dynamic sales team and drive growth as we expand our business further into the EU. Please note you must speak fluent German and English for this position. This position is available to work from home (Germany/DACH/France based) but will require travel across the EU as required.
Requirements for Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
- 5 years of experience in key account management business development roles or salesoriented projectmanagement preferably within the retail or technology sector
- Fluent in English and German additional EU language skills are a plus
- Proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships with a focus on driving revenuegrowth and exceeding targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas andinfluence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills including the ability to manage multiple different tasks simultaneouslyprioritise these tasks and meet deadlines all while maintaining a calm and professional impression towards theclient
- Willingness to travel as needed within the EU region
Responsibilities as Key Account Manager (m/f/d)
- Strategically manage and expand relationships with key retail clients across the EU.
- Conduct indepth analysis to understand client needs and tailor communication solutions accordingly.
- Drive revenue growth through targeted commercial strategies.
- Facilitate seamless liaison between customers and VoCoVo ensuring adherence to best practices and optimal working methodologies.
- Cultivate and nurture robust relationships with key stakeholders within the account serving as a trusted adviser and advocate within VoCoVo.
- Organise and lead regular meetings and checkins to understand business objectives discuss ongoing and upcoming projects and gather comprehensive feedback.
- Maintain a significant personal presence with clients to foster strong enduring relationships.
- Collaborate closely with the Key Account Director and Project Manager to develop and communicate detailed project plans timelines and budgets.
- Establish and report on KPIs in collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders ensuring alignment with partnership goals.
- Monitor performance metrics and proactively address any issues to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
- Stay abreast of industry trends competitor activities and market developments within the EU retail sector.
- Formulate strategic recommendations and action plans to drive continuous improvement and maximise customer success.
- Provide detailed internal reports on client plans to inform and guide future product development initiatives.
