Job Summary:
Dezign Comm is seeking a dedicated and customerfocused Call Center Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a passion for helping people and the ability to handle a variety of customer inquiries efficiently and professionally. This role involves providing support and solutions to customers through phone email and chat interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat providing accurate and timely information.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain uptodate knowledge of our products and services to effectively assist customers.
- Data Entry: Accurately document customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system.
- FollowUp: Conduct followup calls and emails to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to improve customer experience and satisfaction.
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed individual performance metrics and goals such as response time resolution time and customer satisfaction ratings.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies procedures and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in using computer systems including CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Good listening skills and attention to detail.
