Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our call center team as a Call Center Representative. As the first point of contact for our customers you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and resolving inquiries efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a positive attitude and the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide information about products and services and assist customers with placing orders processing returns and resolving complaints.
- Utilize scripts and training materials to effectively handle various customer situations and ensure consistency in service.
- Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved ensuring timely resolution.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate complex issues as needed.
- Stay updated on company products policies and procedures to provide accurate information to customers.
- Meet or exceed performance goals related to call quality customer satisfaction and productivity.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problemsolving and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining professionalism and patience.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays.
