Job Description:
Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Relationship Manager to join our team. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and driving sales growth. This role requires excellent communication skills a customerfocused attitude and a deep understanding of the automotive industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain longterm relationships with customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.
- Provide personalized service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Sales and Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective customers.
- Negotiate and close sales deals.

AfterSales Support:
- Follow up with customers postpurchase to ensure satisfaction.
- Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Coordinate with the service department to ensure timely and efficient vehicle maintenance.

Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer needs and improve service quality.

Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Keep uptodate with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales and customer service preferably in the automotive industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Excellent problemsolving and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver’s license.
