We are seeking to hire an experienced Head of People and Culture to lead the development and implementation of strategies that foster a positive work culture drive employee engagement and support the growth of our client a leading FMCG Paper Packaging Company. The Head of People and Culture will be responsible for talent acquisition performance management employee relations compensation and benefits and employee development.

Key experience Required: 8 years of relevant experience with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Skills Requirements
- Strong knowledge of core HR principles particularly relevant laws governing employment.
- Must possess baseline appreciation of compensation and benefits as well as some knowledge of the applicable tax laws and regimes.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that drive organizational success.
- Proven track record of effectively managing talent acquisition performance management employee relations and employee development programs.
- Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to make datadriven decisions and drive continuous improvement.
- Good proficiency in the use of MS office productivity tools.
- Good degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Very good customer service interpersonal and people management skills.
- Good problemsolving skills and crisis/conflict management skills.
- Must be able to manage multiple priorities and take initiative able to work independently.
- Good oral and written communication skills.

Educational Qualification
- A first degree or its equivalent in Humanities or any relevant social sciences.
- Human resource professional certification e.g. CIPM or any other recognized certification.
