Position Overview
Scheduling associates are responsible for organizing and managing the schedules of resources whether they are personnel equipment or vehicles. This includes assigning tasks or appointments optimizing routes and ensuring efficient utilization of resources.
Scheduling/Dispatch associates play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient allocation and coordination of resources to support operational objectives. They need to be organized detailoriented and capable of multitasking in a fastpaced environment. Strong communication skills problemsolving abilities and a customerfocused mindset are essential for success in this role.
