As the Director of the European Research Institute you will lead the team in developing and executing the institutes development strategy responsible for product planning design launch plans and team management.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the construction and management of the European Research Institute in the European region ensuring smooth operation and development of the institute.
• Responsible for product planning definition and toplevel design in the European market ensuring products match customer demands.
• Plan and execute product launch plans in the European market including market research competition analysis and promotional activities.
• Manage component planning introduction and matching work for products in the European market ensuring product quality and smooth supply chain.
• Organize and follow up on product certification work in the European market including document preparation and test coordination.
• Coordinate and lead the institute team drive team goal achievement and handle other tasks assigned by leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree or above in engineering or related fields.
• At least 20 years of work experience in the crane industry including over 5 years of management experience.
• Deep understanding of the European market familiar with technical developments and market trends in the European crane industry (especially allterrain cranes).
• Excellent team management and leadership skills able to motivate teams effectively and drive project progress.
• Outstanding communication and coordination abilities able to collaborate with multinational teams and establish good relationships with external partners.
• Strategic thinking and problemsolving skills capable of formulating and executing project development strategies.
• Fluent English communication skills.
