The project and the role description:

We are looking for an experienced SAP Solution Lead who would join a project for our Swedish client a global manufacturing company that provides professionals and consumers with forest park lawn and garden products and construction.

Position Summary:

You have worked with SAP Procurement and IM/EWM for at least 15 years.You have experience from successful delivery of SAP transformation programs/projects ideally SAP S/4 Hana.You have deep functional understanding of SAP Procurement and Logistic both in design & configuration.You have deep understanding of Core Data Objects in SAP.You are an excellent communicator in English whether it be in words or in writing.

Tasks:

• Developing the Digital PTP Roadmap together with businessImproving already established processes together with process experts and business operations
• Evaluating new SAP solutions together with architects & business
• Safeguarding our vision of keeping SAP standard and contribute with your SAP experience on design topics related to PTP.
• Ensure understanding of requirements on changes to the current IT landscape and proposed solution fulfills requirements and generates business value
• Ensure business objectives and needs are understood and welldefined
• Ensure proper level of details in relevant documentation
• Ensure requirements are captured in a way so that they are possible to implementEnsure stakeholder management within both business as well as IT
• Proactive change management of requirements to ensure business satisfaction as well as optimizing IT efficiency

Required skills:

• Experience working with global initiatives and complex programs
• Strong business competence E2Eprocess PTP (Procure to Pay)
• Deep understanding of Procurement and Logistic (IM EWM QM TM) processes
• Knowledge about Supplier Master Data (Business Partner concept)
• Understanding of material master fields related to Procurement and LogisticAbility to communicate and discuss Strategically & together with business createDigital Roadmaps which are value driven and according to business expectations
• Strong demonstrated technical competence SAP Procurement IM EWM Quality Management Inventory Management and Analytics Integration of satellite systems like Logility Coupa GDW Advanced Transportation Management
• SAP S/4HANA (Core knowledge)
• Overall understanding of ERP in general process & solution dependencies
• SAP Analytical capabilities
• Authorizations Roles related to Procurement & Logistics Implementation of Serial Number Batch Management or Product Compliance processes
• Strong technical demonstrated competence of SAP in general
