Responsibilities
Responding to customer inquiries through multiple channels (incl. email phone and webform).
Logging customer interactions and creating support tickets for tracking purposes via our Support Desk platform (based on Salesforce).
Identifying customer issues and diagnosing the root of the problem.
Providing basic troubleshooting and guidance to customers in resolving their issues.
Answering FAQs related to products or services features account setup licencing or general usage questions.
Escalating unresolved issues or complex problems to higherlevel support tiers (e.g. L2 or L3 support) when necessary.
Supporting the wider team by updating and adding to product knowledge base and drafting technical content for marketing team.
Essential characteristics/abilities
Good understanding of flood / hydraulic modelling with at least one of Flood Modeller TUFLOW EPA SWMM InfoWorks ICM MIKE or HECRAS.
Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
Problem resolving abilities able to devise technical and original solutions to user problems.
Time administration excellent time management skills ability to set priorities when covering multiple issues.
Team partnership demonstrate ability to collaborate with team members across products and disciplines.
Good computer literacy.
Desirable characteristics/abilities
Experience in supporting or mentoring junior team members in the use of flood modelling software
Experience of customer service tools
