Job Description

what. is looking for a confident outspoken and driven professional to lead the processing and solving new business leads. The goal of the role is to efficiently move prospects from the enquiry to closing whilst following our deal management process.

Tasks

For this role you need an indepth understanding of our services company culture key people and how we work. Youll be responsible for promptly responding to contacts using email phone or Slack. Youll present the company our services during the initial discovery calls with new leads understanding their needs. Your role includes identifying the potential solution and assigning routing qualified leads to the appropriate account manager after this first call.

Youll play a crucial role in maintaining an organized lead and deal pipeline ensuring accurate CRM updates. Additionally youll support sales efforts by assisting with various tasks such as compiling offer documents and aiding account managers as required.

Moreover youll take the initiative in identifying new potential leads and may engage in outreach efforts to expand our client base contributing to our overall growth strategy.

Requirements

  • Excellent sales drive and communication skills understanding and empathising with clients perspectives to build a positive impression from the start
  • Demonstrated track record in sales customer service and client relationshipbuilding
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to confidently communicate in both English and German
  • Commercial understanding and streetwise pragmatism
  • Willingness to learn adapt and win
  • Ability to switch between tasks throughout the day to avoid blockers
  • Plus point is to have experience with CRM systems like Pipedrive
