Overview: As a Marketing Intern at KMC you will play a vital role in supporting and advancing our marketing strategy. Youll be deeply involved in every aspect of our marketing operations from strategic planning and partner management to market research and event execution. This position is designed to give you a comprehensive experience in a dynamic marketing environment helping you develop essential skills in various areas of marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Marketing Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the marketing strategy team employer branding and event management to develop and implement marketing plans.
• Participate in crossfunctional teams representing marketing alongside product management sales and customer support.
• Act as a liaison for key strategic partners facilitating relationships to enhance sales and business development.

• Campaign and Event Management:

• Manage the marketing calendar ensuring all content and promotions are wellprepared.
• Help deliver and facilitate strategic events and community initiatives in line with business objectives and member needs.

• Market Research and Analysis:

• Support market research efforts to evaluate the viability and performance of current and future products/services.
• Monitor ongoing campaigns coordinating with team members and external agencies to meet deadlines and achieve targets.

• Public Relations Partnership Development and Management:

• Assist in managing strategic partnerships and deliver programs that align with KMCs business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies for marketing partnerships prepare and present marketing proposals and track campaign performance.
• Support public relations tasks including writing press releases and managing media interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Pursuing or holding a degree in Business Marketing Communications or related field.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work proactively and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.
