Business Process Consultant

Requirements:

• 10 years of IT experience.
• 10 years of experience in process engineering.
• 10 years of experience in business analysis.
• 10 years of experience with performing data quality assurance tasks.
• 8 years of Medicaid experience.
• 10 years of experience with SQL databases.
• Experience with Jira QuerySurge PostgreSQL SoapUI JSON/XML.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products primarily Access Excel PowerPoint Project Word and Visio.
• Experience leveraging both IT solutions and business process improvements.
• HL7 FHIR R4 certified.

Preferred:

• Governmental experience.

Responsibilities:

• Lead project management efforts and facilitate collaboration within crossfunctional teams and work groups.
• Develop and execute strategic plans manage projects define business systems requirements and optimize processes.
• Adjust daily work plans based on customer support needs and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a dynamic environment.
• Utilize advanced interpersonal skills including verbal written facilitation mediation negotiation collaboration and presentation to communicate effectively at all organizational levels.
• Engage with stakeholders in requirement collaboration and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) capturing and analyzing metrics and recommending improvements.
• Create and manage SQL queries analyze data for ad hoc requests troubleshoot issues conduct testing and investigate anomalies.
• Utilize software tools such as Jira QuerySurge PostgreSQL SoapUI JSON/XML and Microsoft Office products. Maintain accurate system documentation and manage functional requirements for system development and enhancement.
