Job Description

Position: Officer Receptionist

Main Purpose of Job
o Manage Reception area & Guests/visitors greetings.
o Handling a variety of administrative support tasks.
o Responsible preparing meeting and training rooms.
o Manage office services i.e Courier Pantry Janitorial PCI & others such services related to office.
Main Responsibilities
o Serve visitors by greeting welcoming and directing them appropriately.
o Notify relevant employees when visitors arrive.
o Keep an eye on security telecommunication photocopying and faxing..
o Answer visitors question calls and emails and provide them with relevant information.
o Maintain visitors employees and department directories and logs.
o Organize the reception area while complying with office procedure documentation rules and regulations.
o Arrange meetings schedules and travel accommodation for staff.
o Keep the record of office supply inventory and pantry expenses.
o Manage courier services sample packaging courier to clients as per instructions.
o Overseeing office services like Pantry cleaners PCI & maintenance service provider.
o Coordinates internal & external events.
Key Performance Indicators
o Administrative Tasks Responsibility.
o Tracking Visitor Traffic
o Project timeliness.
o Employee Retention & Morale.
Skills Knowledge and Experience
o Bachelors degree.
o At least 810 years experience in similar roles.
o Excellent communication skills able to liaise with people at all levels inside and outside the organisation.
o High level of professionalism and courtesy
o Fluent in Hindi & English
Main Competencies Required
o Proficient in Microsoft Office software
o Strong Interpersonal Skills (Communication & Teamwork)
o Customer Orientation and Business Acumen
o Works well with others and can multitask.
o Safety and Environment Standards
