Responsibilities:

  • This resource will provide analysis development testing and implementation in support of OAOP (OCFS Agency Online Profile) a statewide webbased application utilized by Division of Child Welfare & Community Services (CWCS) and Youth Development and Partnership Success (YDAPS).
  • The latest CWCS module needs support to collect Voluntary Agency (VA) safety documentation.
  • Title IVE of the Social Security Act requires evidence that safety documentation for Voluntary Agency (VA) staff is maintained by OCFS.
  • These documents include a Criminal Background Check (CBC) and safety assessments for certain staff if required.
  • These documents are made available to the federal Administration for Children and Families (ACF) during each IVE Triennial Review (hereafter Review). OCFS requested creation of a more secure database to maintain required documentation obtained during regular monitoring and oversight activities.
  • This application will receive data and documents directly from VAs in real time and keep all records in perpetuity.
  • The OAOP application provides online access that tracks and maintains legally mandated provider (Congregate Care & RHY) data through a secure centralized browserbased application.
  • OAOP has proven beneficial by allowing continued processing for both CWCS and YDAPS agency staff.
  • Work with client on analysis and requirement gathering.
  • Perform complex .Net coding.
  • Perform unit testing and correct all identified bugs.
  • Respond to client inquiry and data requests.
  • The individual in this position will work under the direction of a Project
  • Manager.
  • Perform writing of complex stored procedures/triggers in an Oracle
  • database utilizing PL/SQL.

Required Skills:

  • 84 months experience developing ntiered applications utilizing .Net using MVC pattern.
  • 84 months experience writing and developing Web Services or Windows Communication Foundation (WCF).
  • 84 months experience with PL/SQL writing packages stored procedures and triggers in Oracle databases.
  • 72 months experience in design and developing application reports using Microsoft reporting tools such as SSRS.
  • 72 months experience design & deployment of complex SQL objects and relational databases design.
  • 60 months experience doing CI/CD using tools like Azure DevOps performing tasks such as automated builds writing build & release pipelines and creating work items.
  • Bachelors Degree
