Location: Hybrid (onsite 12 days a week)
Hours: 40; MondayFriday; 8AM5PM no OT
Years of experience: 35
Interviews via Zoom; 45 minutes; camera ready
Sourcing Manager I
This role will lead sourcing projects and related activities for Aftermarket CrossBU Team.
Responsibilities for this position will include the following:
Manages sourcing activities aimed at reducing cost minimizing risk and optimizing business processes.
Identifies plans and implements continuous improvement opportunities within the supply chain as needed.
Builds strong relationships with and fosters communication among key purchasing stakeholders across business units and functions.
Drives total cost TCO reductions across the entire supply chain as needed
Identifies opportunities and leads continuous improvement activities within key processes.
Key skills that are helpful for this position are purchasing/commercial experience negotiation experience knowledge and/or experience with supply contracts and project management skills. Industry experience in sourcing related activities such as RFQ loading pricing creating POs project management. Has 13 years of experience.
