GTN has a client looking for an individual who will provide onsite support in their fulfillment centers reporting to the Sr. Manager of Facilities. These roles are onsite located in Groveport Ohio.
- You will support maintain and troubleshoot IT issues for picking packing and receiving stations.
- You may also support local office IT needs.
- Other responsibilities include raising critical issues to our Tier 2 teams and being an advocate for operational needs.
Responsibilities:
- Follow guidelines set forth by thre cyber security department and other internal controls.
- Work hand in hand with fulfilment center operations to support tickets for internal operational readiness.
- Oversight of all IT inventory at the facility.
- Raise awareness to Tier 2 Support team when issues seem critical to operational success.
- Troubleshoot paper and label printers.
- Provide eyes and hands for our remote network team.
- Rollout new IT equipment (computers printers scanners scales peripherals) when projects arise.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs safely repeated throughout the day.
- Ability and willingness to work all major US holidays except Christmas and New Year’s Day Education &
- Ability to get on lifts or ladders (not afraid of heights)
Experience:
- No less than 12 years of experience in any relatable field such as technical support in an eCommerce environment or other warehouse or 3PL location.
- Ability to stand or walk for 95% of their scheduled shift.
