Job Title: Operations Coordinator LATAM
Location: Remote (EST Timezone)
Working Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Temporary shift timings: 7am11am and 5pm9pm EST including Sundays until 3rd quarter of this year.
Job Description:
As an Operations Coordinator you will be a key player in the smooth functioning of our storage facilities. Your role involves overseeing the daily operational activities ensuring that all processes run efficiently and effectively. Youll be responsible for not just managing the operations but also being the proactive face of our brand to our customers embodying our commitment to exceptional service and operational excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Operational Management: Direct the daytoday operational activities of our storage properties ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
- Customer Interaction: Deliver elite customer service during every interaction managing incoming calls and virtual counter interactions.
- Sales and Business Development: Drive sales through proactive customer engagement quoting rental rates securing new business and supporting ongoing client relationships.
- Customer Support: Handle reservations customer concerns and payments ensuring a seamless experience for both new and existing customers.
- Quality Oversight: Monitor and support the facility quality team in maintaining site cleanliness and operational standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proven ability to organize and multitask.
- Strong customer service skills; prior experience in customer service (1 year preferred).
- A background in sales is highly advantageous.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
