Lead Full Stack Developer Nodejs React

• Lead the development team in designing building and maintaining web applications
  
• Oversee both backend (Node.js) and Frontend (React) development
  
• Collaborate with product managers UX/UI designers and other stakeholders
  
• Define and prioritize project requirements
  
• Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness
  
• Participate and mentor developers to promote best practices in coding testing and deployment
  
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate development processes
  

Requirements

• Minimum of 8 years experience in full stack development
  
• Strong expertise in Node.js and React
  
• Proven experience leading a development team
  
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model
  
• Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux)
  
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and web services
  
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL or MongoDB
  
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and services
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and a proactive attitude
  
• Ability to work collaboratively in an international environment
  
• English B2 level or higher is required
  
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred
  
• Willingness to work onsite in Alicante 12 days per week with the rest of the team
