Job Description

Hey Project Management Pros! Our client needs a Lead Project Manager to steer the ship and guide a team of talented project managers. Youll be planning managing and leading the delivery of multiple projects from start to finish ensuring everything runs smoothly. If youre great at progress reporting risk management and stakeholder communication and you thrive in a leadership role this is your chance to shine!

Requirements

To be a perfect fit youll need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in managing projects and leading crossfunctional teams.
  • A solid understanding of SDLC and project lifecycle management.
  • Project management certification (PMI) is essential.
  • Experience with structured agile and/or lean project management methodologies.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage stakeholder relationships effectively.
  • A tertiary qualification in Project Management Business IT or a related field is a plus.
  • Banking and Financial Services experience is advantageous.
