Positions Contributions to Work Group:
Engage in API and performance testing activities contributing to test plans and cases for API functionality and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to comprehend testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API and performance testing.
Participate in regression testing initiatives to identify and resolve issues.
Analyze test results and performance metrics providing insights to stakeholders.
Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in API and performance testing methodologies
Typical task breakdown:
Engage in API and performance testing activities contributing to test plans and cases for API functionality and performance metrics.
Collaborate closely with development and product teams to comprehend testing requirements.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts for API and performance testing.
Participate in regression testing initiatives to identify and resolve issues.

Stay informed about emerging trends and best practices in API and performance testing methodologies
Education & Experience Required:
NO degree and/or Associates must have 10 years experience required in this capacity.
Bachelors Degree and/or Masters degree must have 8 years experience required.
Technical Skills (Required)
Fundamental understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies. Strong eagerness to learn and grow in the field of software testing.
Proven experience in manual and automated software testing including handson experience with API testing frameworks such as Karate Postman or Rest Assured for API testing or JMeter for performance
testing.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within a team.
Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines is advantageous.
