Job Title: Onsite Support Engineer

Description
Roles and Responsibilities at the Site.
- Configure / Install Laptop & Desktop with standard Imaging software as needed.
- Provide support on Office O365 Windows operating system.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical and hardware related issues.
- Ensure that the support tickets are closed within SLA.
- Provide hands feet support for any network / Infrastructure Support and upgrade. As and when requested by the remote Team.
- Install standard software.
- Guide the new system users and set up their accounts.
- Vendor Coordination for services of Hardware.
- Asset Management. (WASP)
- Provide Support for network Printers and standalone Printers.
- Support standard Desktop / Laptop Peripherals.
- Provide basic support for video conference equipment.
