Job Description:
Conceptualizing planning and executing marketing branding and BI/CI strategies and initiatives at the headquarters and in regional offices.
- Responsible for all branding and trade marketing activities.
- Supporting the sales team in market penetration with tailored branding and promotional activities in the regions.
- Working with regional marketing and sales representatives to finalize the monthly BTL/activation plan.
- Providing execution and activation support to the product marketing team for new product launches and campaigns.
- Planning and executing major consumer trade and cross promotions.
- Developing internal and external communications in line with brand imagery and handling brand activation and deployment of POS materials in the market.
- Conceptualizing and developing collaterals and other POS materials with the help of the graphic design team.
- Managing the deployment of the marketing budget for the year.
- Generating business intelligence (BI) and market intelligence (MI) related to the industry and competition and sharing this information with relevant stakeholders.
Education Qualification:
- Graduate MBA (Preferable).
- 5 to 7 years of experience in B2B/B2C Marketing.
- Marketing Strategic Planning & Execution.
- Promotions & Campaigns.
- Product launch and Go to market strategy.
- Branding & Communication.
- Market Research and Analytics.
- Dynamic aggressive result oriented and selfstarter with an ability to work independently.
- Able to respond well to pressure.
