Your missions
As the HR Data Analyst you will :
- Gather analyze and summarize data and trends from multiple sources to support the preparation of HR reports and presentations.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure the provision of HR data to internal stakeholders.
- Conduct daytoday data analysis to support HR activities.
- Enhance data quality across all HR systems.
- Create and maintain HR data reports and dashboards.
- Develop key HR metrics and automate reporting processes for cost reviews.
- Define and document clear processes and guidelines.
- Assist in preparing staff cost budgets and forecasts.
- Optimize and document HR administrative processes supporting the creation of procedures and guidelines.
- Promote the use of HRIS and lead the development of new functionalities to further automate HR processes
- Develop automated templates for contractual documents and workflows
- Implement a continuous improvement approach to all activities and assist in defining KPIs to monitor activity and efficiency levels
- Manage the intranet and update information in HR databases
- Drive process automation efforts.
- Participate in various HR projects aimed at enhancing and expanding HR services.
- Stay informed about Artificial Intelligence and new technologies.
Your ideal profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources Finance Data Analysis or Business Management.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HR Analytics role with experience in supporting an HR Information System.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to communicate interpret and present data effectively to the business.
- Proactive attitude towards improving systems and processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Fluency in English
