Job Description:Were seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to oversee finishing works on construction sites in Blackrock. Responsibilities include supervising subcontractors ensuring quality and maintaining safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise finishing activities such as painting tiling and carpentry.
• Coordinate subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Conduct inspections to maintain quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the project team to address issues and ensure progress.
• Maintain records and assist with material procurement.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of finishing techniques and materials.
• Leadership skills with a focus on safety and quality.
• Ability to communicate effectively and problemsolve.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations.
• Relevant trade qualifications preferred.
