Job Description:
  • As a Senior Advisor Product Management IT you will drive a cross functional product team to discover and deliver a single product that creates measurable value for the company and users.
  • Identify what the team should build next and why by extracting the best available information from business stakeholders and end users.
  • You will be driving all aspects of the program including collaborating and coordinating across all IT and business segments.
You will:
  • Drive cross functional product team to discover and deliver a single product that creates measurable value for the company and users. Identifies what the team should build next and why by extracting the best available information from business stakeholders and end users.
  • The PdM will be responsible to manage the invoicing Intercompany program for Philippines Germany Belgium France and other countries.
  • Single point of accountability the Indirect Tax Intercompany Product working closely with the CPL Virtual Trader and Sabrix dev and working on NorthStar Enterprise Products
  • Product Ownership supporting Clients strategy including business solution concepts creating user stories conducting 3 Amigos supporting E2E and UAT teams during testing deployment prep participating in PI planning.
  • Works with business partners in Tax GTA Statutory Accounting to determine business requirements & system impacts.
  • Defines and update customercentric outcomebased roadmaps that align to key opportunities & strategic partnerships.
  • Works with internal stakeholders external customers & users to validate business; partners with Sabrix Dev engineers to drive alignment on those interests and ensure the development of key outcomes.
  • Identify new growth areas new technology and emerging product/ service opportunities.
  • Leads business case for optimizing existing products/ solutions and/or creating the next generation of products.
  • Creates implements and monitors plans for testing products/ solutions through releases.
  • Prioritizes features and specifications applying budget timeline and other constraints.
  • Reviews product/solution evaluation metrics from multiple sources and ensures they are incorporated in future versions.

Here what we are looking for with this role:
Essential Requirements
  • 10 years Strong functional expertise in Indirect Tax Technology Finance and Accounting domains and Knowledge of ERPS (Oracle SAP Novora Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables).
  • Need to understand Global Indirect Tax and have some OneSource/Sabrix knowledge.
  • Jira knowledge on how to create stories running sprint standup meetings and working in Agile Framework
  • Selfdirected and ability to drive projects to successful outcomes within fastpaced ebusiness environment.
Strong client facing skills:
  • Communication issue and escalation management.
  • Strong technical skills related to design testing and quality.
  • Knowledge of functional area and customer needs Desirable Requirements
  • 10 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and work
  • Good understanding of IT Project Management practices and techniques
  • Ability to find opportunities and makes recommendations for Process Improvements and/or Application Reliability Management
  • Strong technical skills related to design testing and quality.
