Role: Support (Customer Experience) Engineer
Location: Raleigh NC
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 5 to 8 years of experience in testing in the networking domain.
- Strong understanding of network protocols (BGP LLDP ACL SNMP) routing and switching technologies.
- Experience with FBOSS or similar network operating systems (NOS) is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using languages such as Python Perl or Shell scripting.
