Quality Assurance and Control Specialist mfd

Your tasks

Are you passionate about quality assurance and love our KoRo products Then become part of our team as a Quality Assurance and Control Specialist (m/f/d). In this position you will primarily be responsible for monitoring and optimising our quality control processes in our warehouse in Oberkrmer. Your tasks will include:

• Reviewing and redesigning the quality assurance process for incoming and outgoing goods in the warehouse
• Evaluating and implementing technologies and systems to support quality assurance activities
• Execution of sampling plans and quality controls in accordance with applicable standards and regulations
• Liaising with suppliers service providers and internal departments (especially Sourcing Sales and Supply Chain Management)
• Continuous monitoring and improvement of quality assurance processes
• Development and implementation of training for employees in the warehouse area

Your profile

• You have a degree in food technology food chemistry or a comparable specialisation
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in quality assurance ideally in the food industry
• You have a very good command of German and are fluent in English
• You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or are willing to move to Berlin for your new job
• You are familiar with the various quality testing methods and techniques such as sensory evaluation physical and chemical tests and microbiological analyses
• You are familiar with the relevant legal regulations industry standards and certifications in the area of food safety and quality
• You have excellent knowledge of Excel
• You work in a structured reliable manner and show a high degree of initiative
• You are characterised by your strong communication skills and you familiarise yourself quickly and flexibly with new topics
