Desired Profile: UG/ PG with HR experience 5 years experience preferably in Service Industry
Responsibilities
- Responsible for the recruitment and selection process
- Handle employee onboarding and induction formalities
- Attendance management and payroll processing
- Undertaking statutory compliances (TDS PF PT LWF etc.)
- Handle performance reviews & evaluation process in the context of confirmations salary increments promotions etc.
- Coordination for employee training programs
- Responsible for planning and executing employee engagement activities
- Handle relieving formalities (exit interviews handover F&F settlement etc.)
- Report to management / MIS to provide information for decision making
- Create positive work environment and strengthen management & employee relations

- Proven working experience as HR Manager or Sr. Executive
- People oriented and results driven
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases (Zoho preferred)
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Knowledge of labour laws and good HR practices
