Tasks

Your tasks:

• Support to the Finance Manager for all processes and activities related to the accounting of general ledger account receivables and account payables.
• Support on credit collection dunning process payment flow and customer management in terms of credit scoring and limits.
• Support in the execution of monthend and yearend closings according to internal and external regulations. This includes preparation of monthly and annual statements and reports.
• Booking of bank transactions and performing necessary reconciliations on bank and Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable subledger.
• Support on processes and activities related to the accounting of GL AR and AP.
• Stock reconciliations statistics (INE Ecoembes) accruals taxes and other finance and administrative tasks.
• KAs management (ECI Amazon)
• Respond as reliable and competent contact person for other departments (Customer Service Sales Team Retail Marketing) and external parties like local advisors tax authorities customers and auditors.

Requirements

Your profile:

• Finance Economics or Business and Management education ideally from a Spanish University.
• Spanish and English full proficiency.
• MS Office skills (especially Excel).
• Minimum of 23 years experience on similar roles. Ideally 4 years.
• Eager to learn and work in Finance/Accounting.
• Proactivity and capacity to work independently.
• Analytical mindset and commitment to achieve.
• Ability to prioritize multitasking and meet deadlines.
