As the B2B Distribution Marketing Communications Manager you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to support our distribution and channel partners. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to drive demand generation enablement and comarketing initiatives aimed at accelerating sales through distribution channels. Your role will involve strategic planning partner relationship management and collaboration across various departments to ensure alignment with business objectives and channel strategies.
Tasks
- Channel Strategy Development: Develop and implement channel marketing strategies to drive sales through distribution partners aligning with overall business objectives and channel growth targets.
- Partner Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners serving as the main point of contact for marketing support training and comarketing opportunities.
- Demand Generation: Collaborate with distribution partners to develop and execute demand generation campaigns including email marketing content syndication and lead generation programs.
- Channel Enablement: Develop and deliver marketing collateral sales tools and training resources to enable distribution partners to effectively promote and sell our products or services.
- Coop Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with distribution partners to identify comarketing opportunities develop joint marketing plans and execute cobranded campaigns to drive awareness and engagement.
- Campaign Management: Plan and execute channelspecific marketing campaigns tracking performance metrics and optimizing tactics to maximize ROI and achieve business goals.
- Budget Management: Manage marketing budgets allocated to channel marketing activities ensuring resources are allocated effectively to support partner initiatives and drive results.
- CrossFunctional Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams including product marketing sales and marketing operations to align channel marketing initiatives with overall business strategies and priorities.
- Performance Measurement: Track and analyze key performance metrics for channel marketing initiatives providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in marketing business communications or a related field; MBA or equivalent qualification preferred.
- 5 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on the EMEA region; previous experience in technology device and distribution marketing preferred.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals in a matrix organizational structure.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to develop and execute integrated marketing plans that drive business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with global and crossfunctional teams.
- Experience in event management including planning execution and ROI analysis for B2B events.
- Proficiency in (digital) marketing tactics and tools including email marketing platforms social media management tools and web analytics.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
