Microsoft Sharepoint Engineer

The Microsoft Sharepoint Engineeracts as a primary contact for major service incidents conducts testing and training and executes deployments.

Role description:

• Manage the AMS and Projects delivery in his own area mainly for Microsoft Sharepoint online Project Server environment and Internet/Intranet sites based on Drupal CMS;
• Act as the go to person for all major service incidents ensure service restoration and impact communication is the priority managing actions;
• Testing documentation and execution;
• Training material and training execution / Deploy.

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working with on Service Management processes that meet the business needs and are aligned to ITIL best practice;
• To have a handson approach working in a dynamic and fast paced environment;
• Solid knowledge on SharePoint online Microsoft Project Server Drupal 7 Microsoft Office 365 and Power Shell;
• Up To 34 year experience working with configuration/development of SharePoint online/Microsoft Project Server and content management using Drupal; Up to 2 years experience on development of PowerApps and Power Automate.
