JD:Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates.
- Manage the entire recruitment process including job posting sourcing screening interviewing andselection.
- Ability to handle the team of recruiters
- Collaborate with regional managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions andspecifications.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards social media networking events andprofessional associations.
- Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidate qualifications skills and cultural fit.
- Lead the negotiation and offer process ensuring competitive and fair compensation packages forselected candidates.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or related field (preferred).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve results.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
- Resultsoriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with staffing software or applicant tracking systems (ATS).
