Job Title: Sr. Healthcare Business Analyst

Location: Philadelphia PA hybrid 2x weekly

Job Requirements:

Education:

Bachelors Degree (or higher) in information services or a related field is highly preferred

5 years systems experience in managed care and/or healthcare/health insurance environment including 2 years in a leadership position having broad oversight of systems or operational functions

Experience:

5 years of experience in IT and business/industry.

Demonstrated experience in supporting Agile project experience & roles played

Demonstrated experience of problem solving creative solutions and influencing solutions

Skills/Abilities:

Experience in health plan systems is preferred.

Communication skills with the ability to develop and communicate status standards and other updates for key stakeholders.

Ability to instill confidence in the business and demonstrate the business value of IT.

Effective collaboration skills with technical business teams

Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to explain technical concepts and technologies to business leaders and business concepts to the IT.
