Role: Product Manager with ERP Experience Location: Bellevue WA (Hybrid from Day 1) (Need Only Locals) Duration: Long Term Contract Job Description: This role demands a blend of forwardthinking strategy customer advocacy and adept relationshipbuilding. Responsibilities include identifying customer needs ensuring technical feasibility securing leadership approvals and leading crossfunctional teams to deliver impactful solutions. The focus is on empowering Financial Accounting processes integrating with key stakeholders across the enterprise and driving growth through differentiated products. Daytoday activities range from market research capability identification and feature/user story development to defining product strategy creating roadmaps and overseeing technical delivery for releases. Essential Capabilities: * Structured Communication Product Manager must communicate across a broad range of functions and within several levels in the Finance organization. As a businessled transformation the Product Manager must present insights and recommendations consistently and clearly * Problem Solving Product Manager should formulate recommendations and strategies using factbased analysis and proven methodologies such as issue trees root cause analysis and pattern recognition. * Framing & Strategy Product Manager must frame endtoend business concepts seamlessly by connecting strategies to capabilities capabilities to processes and processes to technologies. * Business Acumen Product Manager must have a fundamental understanding of managerial accounting as well as business dynamics such as sales marketing and operations. Duties and Responsibilities: Influence and negotiate prioritization of delivery across numerous technology teams to support continuing improvements in the Record to Report value streams processes through ERP implementation. Understand the endtoend business processes and the ERP and other connected applications; contribute to setting strategy for continuous improvement of process enabled by technology. Serve as the lead or contributing product manager on multiple strategic projects presenting and driving enabling technology decisions for TMobile systems. Connect business strategies to technology domains for delivery leveraging welldefined structure of TMobile business processes products and capabilities. Act as innovation evangelist by being a thought leader in the application and scaling of technical ideas; utilize separate technologies and vertical departments to optimize the flow of products and services through entire value streams. Conduct analysis of quantitative and qualitative data to identify root cause of issues and assess opportunity size and impact. Support analyzing futurestate capabilities performance and solution designs of inhouse and external tools to influence build vs. buy decisions. Develop the total cost of ownership (TCO) for each platform/application assist with costbenefit / return on investment / NPV analysis to support decision making. Leverage customer insights for helping build product vision strategy roadmap priorities. Understand customers priorities and be a strong internal and external customer representative. Integrates seamlessly into an environment and culture that prioritizes a customerfirst mentality fostering a team atmosphere dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of our customers. Product & Technology Support all aspects of the software development process from defining the strategy and architecture through deployment and support. Translates ERP product/platform strategy into actionable plans by crafting comprehensive feature descriptions and user stories that are easily digestible for development team. Collaborates with scrum master and Dev leaders to craft architect and assemble effective products for Agile delivery teams. Contribute to key Agile ceremonies: Program Increment (PI) Planning / Big Room Planning; System Demo; Inspect and Adapt (I&A) etc. Collaborate with ERP and Integration Development and Execution teams to build and communicate anticipated release schedule. Manages feature and story elaboration activities across all Agile Teams throughout execution. Assist in running beta and pilot programs with earlystage products and samples. Supports Finance Accounting Tax and other partner teams with product or technical knowledge and additional documentation. Equally comfortable rolling up sleeves to delve into the details providing handson support to ensure the team successfully accomplishes its tasks. Additional requirement: * Excellent business and technical communication skills both written and oral and the ability to convey results in a persuasive manner and at the appropriate level of detail. * Proven success in delivering software with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools. * Strong requirements elicitation and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearty for different audiences. Experience with Agile backlog/project management tools. * Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. * Experience with successive elaboration and ability to develop Initiatives Features and User Stories that the DevOps teams can ingest. * Experience in delivering large and sophisticated business/technology initiatives as Product Manager or lead technology role. * Proven track record of efficiently connecting with leadership while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence. * Excellent written and verbal communication skills with ability to present sophisticated technical information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences including executives and nontelynical leaders. * Knowledge about telecommunications industry business processes strategic technologies and industry leading practices * Experience with ERP systems is a plus. If technical background is present it should for Oracle ERP cloud. Understanding of Control design and documentation and SOX Compliance. Strong organizational skills to manage prioritize and execute on competing activities. Ability to negotiate between teams and reach consensus and support. Experience and Education requirements: Bachelors degree in computer science Business or related; masters degree a plus Preferred Six Sigma/Lead experience or Certified Product Manager * 5* years of 7 years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment.
