As a Senior Front End/UX AI Developer you will oversee the development of user interfaces that are not only intuitive but also integrated seamlessly with our AI platform to enhance professional coaching and insights.

Description:

In this role you will lead the front end development and have substantial autonomy over the design and implementation of our product. Youll collaborate directly with senior management to shape the strategic direction of our product interfaces and ensure that our technology aligns with business goals.

Your responsibilities:

1. Leadership and Strategic Influence: Lead the front end development of the product establishing clear objectives and assigning responsibilities. Influence the overall company policy and strategy related to front end and UX design.
2. Advanced Development: Develop responsive and interactive web applications using modern web technologies like HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frameworks such as React Vue.js or Angular. Implement complex features that utilise AIdriven insights to enhance user interaction.
3. Complex Problem Solving and Integration: Handle technical financial and quality aspects of UI/UX projects. Integrate front end systems with backend APIs to create seamless and scalable user experiences.
4. Policy Implementation and Technical Guidance: Contribute to the formulation and implementation of technical policies and strategies. Offer expert guidance on front end technologies and best practices ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives.
5. Innovative Solutions and Knowledge Sharing: Promote the application of industryspecific knowledge within the team and broader organisation. Lead by example in adopting new technologies and methodologies that drive innovation.
6. Risk Management and Compliance: Oversee the security aspects of front end development ensuring compliance with data protection regulations. Manage risks associated with web application vulnerabilities.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
2. Extensive experience as a front end/UX developer evidenced by a strong portfolio.
3. Expertise in HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript and frameworks like React Vue.js or Angular.
4. Deep understanding of UX design principles and their application in creating effective user interfaces.
5. Leadership experience and ability to manage a development team.
6. Strong understanding of crossbrowser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.
7. Knowledge of backend technologies particularly in relation to integrating with front end systems.
8. Experience with cloud platforms and containerisation technologies for scalable deployments.
