Customize Operating systems to adhere to company standard Images
Record technical issues and solutions in tickets
Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel
Follow up with end users to ensure their systems are functional
Report customer feedback and potential product requests
Help create technical documentation and manuals
Configure and maintain a companys Laptop snetwork s and IT infrastructure including Access Card IssuesAsset Management and admin related tasks.
Track User creation Deletion and updation
Handson experience in Okta Confluence JIRAJumpcloudSophosSprintoJamf and Datapass setting up and user authentication.
Experienced in configuring installing and troubleshooting Wireless VPN and NetworkPrinters
Knowledge on automating routine system admin tasks using batch files.
Understanding of 2FA MFA
User Management and Basic Knowledge on Cloud computing services(AWSAzure).
Microsoft Entra and Intune.
Proven work experience as a Desktop Support Engineer Technical Support Engineer or similar role In depth knowledge on Windows 1011 O365Windows Serverand Gsuite.
Handson experience with Windows/Linux/Mac OS environments Well versed with installation configuration and troubleshooting of windows 10 and MAC OS (monterey/ventura/Sonoma)
Working knowledge of office automation products and computer peripherals like printers and scanners
Knowledge of network security practices and antivirus programs
Experience with TCP/IP and basic networking issues
Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions
Excellent problemsolving and multitasking skills
Customeroriented attitude
Bachelors degree in computer science information technology information systems or similar.
Applicable professional qualification such as Microsoft Oracle or Cisco certification.(if available)
