Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Forge synergies with hiring managers to decipher their precise technical hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
- Leverage a multipronged sourcing approach encompassing online job boards targeted social media scouting strategic networking endeavors and fruitful employee referral programs to attract a pool of highcaliber candidates.
- Screen resumes conduct initial interviews and assess candidates technical skills experience and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams ensuring a positive and efficient interview process.
- Manage candidate pipelines and provide timely updates to hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
- Prepare and deliver compelling offer presentations to top candidates and facilitate the hiring process including coordinating background checks and onboarding activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with technical communities universities and industry professionals to expand our talent network.
- Manage and mentor junior recruiters providing coaching and guidance to develop their skills.
- Staunchly advocate for continuous learning by staying abreast of industry trends best practices in technical recruiting and proactively implementing innovative strategies to optimize our recruitment processes.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) or a demonstrably relevant field of study.
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter with a strong track record of successfully filling technical roles in a dynamic environment.
- Indepth knowledge of technical skills tools and programming languages relevant to the software development industry
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to forge strong rapport and engage meaningfully with both candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail demonstrably adept at managing multiple priorities and consistently meeting deadlines.
- An indepth knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and proficiency in various recruitment software with the ability to leverage technology to streamline hiring processes.
- Proficiency in Reporting and recruiter analytics
- Thrives in a fastpaced collaborative team environment readily adapting to shifting priorities.
- Experience working with diverse candidate pools handling US Recruitment and promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
