Main Responsibilities

- Address customer queries via phone and email related to bookings activities and the Dutch market.
- Offer guidance on facilities and services handle customer concerns effectively and collaborate with other departments to ensure quick resolution.
- Assist customers in making bookings for accommodations meals and recreational activities ensuring accuracy in details and billing information.
Candidate Profile
- Fluent in Dutch language (C2 level).
- Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
- Possess traits such as thoroughness autonomy and excellent interpersonal skills.
