Job Description

  • Raise funds from the money/capital market to provide liquidity for the business.
  • Manage all entities cash flow to ensure there is enough liquidity to meet financial obligations and optimize investment opportunities.
  • Identify and assess financial risks such as interest rates risk foreign exchange risk and liquidity risk and develop strategies to mitigate these risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisionmaking including budgeting forecasting and scenario analysis.
  • Create periodical reports on bank and DFI facility and manage repayment schedules.
  • Work with entity financial controllers to determine funding needs and allocations
  • Support the GH treasury for all banking relationships
  • Manage all credit lines reporting



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field; advanced degree (e.g. MBA Masters in Finance) preferred.
  • 58 years of proven experience in corporate finance investment banking or a related financial role.
  • Strong understanding of financial markets instruments and valuation methods.
  • Demonstrated experience in structuring and executing financing transactions including debt and equity offerings.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to perform financial modelling and analysis.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards in finance.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to lead crossfunctional teams and drive results.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial analysis and documentation.
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite (Excel PowerPoint Word)
  • Professional certifications such as CFA (Chartered Financial Analyst) or CPA (Certified Public Accountant) may be preferred or advantageous.
