We are looking for a Business Analyst for Zoho CRM implementation projects. You will lead the design planning and implementation of Zoho modules and workflows driving tangible improvements in our organizational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to discern business needs planning the development of new modules and workflows implementing enhancements and conducting comprehensive training sessions. We are seeking an individual with a blend of robust business acumen strong communication skills and technical prowess to excel in this dynamic role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Collaborating With Stakeholders to Design and Implement Business Processes in Zoho
- Managing Projects by Providing Estimates Updates and Stakeholder Communication
- Configuring Native Zoho Modules and Customizing Creator App Modules
- Participating in Configuration Versus Customization Decisions
- Evaluating Existing Zoho Processes and Modules Recommending Areas for Improvement
- Ensuring Optimal Performance of the Zoho Platform
- Managing Zoho Roles Profiles Sharing Rules Workflows and Groups
- Building Custom Reports and Dashboards
- Providing EndUser Training and Support
- Performing Maintenance Tasks Including Diagnostic Tests Data Sanitization and Backups
- Documenting Processes Including Error Reports and Release Notes
We are considering candidates:
1. With experience in Zoho or similar CRM systems implementing
2. With an understanding of business processes and skills in improving processes with the help of IT solutions
3. Technical background at the level of understanding:
4. The principles of web applications
5. Principles of database construction
6. Basic programming principles (for correct tasking of developers) Deluge
7. Principles of APIs and integrations in general
8. Excellent communications skills
Requirements
Required/Minimum Qualifications
- A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or 3 Years of Related Experience
- 3 5 Years of Experience as a CRM Administrator (Zoho One Preferred)
- 3 5 Years of Project Management Experience
- Experience in CRM Customization Programming (Deluge Language Preferred)
- Expert Knowledge of CRM Customization (Zoho Creator Preferred)
- Knowledge of API Integration Principals
- Experience in Performing CRM Upgrades Managing Profiles Allocating Roles and Managing Access (Zoho One Preferred)
- Ability to Provide Training and EndUser Support
1.Collect requirements describe and decompose them
2. Recommend improvements to customers regarding their processes
3. Configure the system using the admin panel and where programming is required set tasks for the developer monitor and test the result
4. Upload historical data to the system
5.Train users create video instructions
