Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Oversee the entire billing process for all projects ensuring accuracy in invoices related to quality and quantity utilized.
Verify compliance with contractual agreements.
Coordinate with various departments for bill processing and payments.
Maintain comprehensive databases for bill processing and vendor payments.
Develop and implement standardized billing procedures across the organization.
Manage billing across multiple projects.
Ensure rigorous recordkeeping and data management.
Ensure smooth billing processes in ERP.
To perform cost benefit analysis for various options and impact on design scheduling operations and the budget.
Verification of material reconciliation
Periodic MIS to reporting authority and management.
Any other work provided by seniors
