Location of the Office: Oriente Lisbon

Schedules: Monday to Friday 09:00 to 18:00 (onsite)

Base Salary: 1100 per 14 months

Performance Bonus: 175 per 12months

Meal Allowance (net) : 7.23 per day

Position Bonus: 75 per 12months

Health Insurance: After 6 months

Relocation Package

Reimbursement of Airfare on the 6th month of Contract up to 400 in Economy class

Apartment Room with rent of 280 for 12 months (discounted directly from the payslip)

Profile Nice to have: Customer Service experience (preferable)

Type of Contract: CDD 6 months Tasks : Backoffice position: you will not deal with clients; only with lawyers legal officers NEB (National Enforcement Bodies).
NEB whose role is to verify if transport operators are treating all passengers inaccordance with their rights. Passengers who believe their rights under the regulation have not been respected should contact the body in the country where the incident took place.
