As an Enterprise Architect specializing in Customer Channel and Product Credits/Loan you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organizations technology landscape. You will work closely with stakeholders across various business units to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance our customer experience optimize product offerings and drive business growth.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect with a focus on customer channel management and product credits/loan systems within large enterprises.
  
• Indepth understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and methodologies.
  
• Extensive knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) systems digital channels (web mobile) and customer engagement platforms.
  
• Strong expertise in product lifecycle management (PLM) credit scoring models loan origination systems (LOS) and risk management frameworks.
  
• Proficiency in evaluating and implementing cloudbased solutions (e.g. AWS Azure) and microservices architecture.
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and influence decisionmaking.
  
• Proven leadership abilities with a track record of leading architecture initiatives from conception to implementation.
  
• Relevant certifications (e.g. TOGAF Certified AWS Certified Solutions Architect) preferred.
