Job Description:
As a Presales Coordinator you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers and understanding their requirements for commercial properties. You will be responsible for managing outbound calls qualifying leads and providing support to the sales team in converting prospects into satisfied clients. This role demands strong communication skills attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to potential customers on a daily basis to identify their specific needs and budget for commercial properties.
- Lead Management: Manage leads obtained from various sources and effectively distribute them to the appropriate sales teams ensuring a streamlined process for customer engagement.
- Lead Qualification: Assist the sales team in qualifying leads by gathering relevant information and assessing the potential for conversion into sales opportunities.
- Pressure Handling: Demonstrate the ability to work effectively under pressure meeting deadlines and targets while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer service.
- Attention to Detail: Pay meticulous attention to detail when handling customer queries and recording relevant information to ensure accuracy and completeness of data.
- Customer Query Resolution: Address customer queries and concerns promptly and effectively providing satisfactory solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Candidate Profile:
- Experience: Candidates should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in a Calling/Presales/Sales background preferably in the real estate industry.
- Education: Any graduate degree from a recognized institution.
- Communication Skills: Possess excellent communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Key Skills: Proficiency in sales techniques presales methodologies and telecalling strategies. Experience in real estate telecalling or presale profiles will be an added advantage.
