As the Lead Data Scientist you will play a critical role in leveraging data to drive key business decisions and insights. You will lead a team of data scientists driving the development and implementation of cuttingedge data science solutions to solve complex business problems.

- Conduct indepth research to identify emerging trends and technologies in data science and analytics.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations on datarelated decisions across the organization.
- Communicate complex findings and insights to nontechnical stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
- Ensure the data science team adheres to best practices and maintains high data quality standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to drive continuous improvement in data infrastructure and architecture.
- Lead the exploration and implementation of new tools and technologies to enhance the data science capabilities of the team.
- Contribute to the development of data science strategy and roadmap.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and contribute to building a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team.
- Lead and oversee the execution of data science projects from conceptualization to delivery.
Required qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Masters or Ph.D. in Computer Science Statistics Applied Mathematics or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in data science and machine learning.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing a team of data scientists.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java.
- Solid understanding of statistical analysis experimental design and hypothesis testing.
- Proven expertise in developing and implementing machine learning algorithms and models.
- Experience with big data technologies and distributed computing platforms (e.g. Hadoop Spark).
- Strong knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques.
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to think critically and analytically.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex information to diverse audiences.
- Handson experience with cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Azure.
- Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in leading the development and implementation of data science strategies and initiatives.
- Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects to successful completion.
- Track record of driving business impact through datadriven insights and recommendations.
