Hello;

Conversational Bot Flow Designer (Functional)

Job Location:Atlanta GA/Richmond VA/Norfolk VA/ Mason OH/ Wallingford CT/Woodland Hills CA (Day 1 Onsite Candidate needs to work 3 Days in the Client Office)

Long Term

Responsibilities:

Design develop and implement complex conversational bot flows (voicebots and chatbots) using industryleading platforms such as Google Dialogflow CX and Amazon Lex.

Leverage expertise in NLU to create natural and engaging conversations that enhance customer experience and drive business outcomes.

Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams including business analysts subject matter experts and developers to ensure solutions align with business goals and customer needs.

Continuously iterate and optimize conversational bot flows based on user data and feedback.

Stay abreast of the latest advancements in conversational AI and voice technology.

Mandatory Requirements:

7 years of experience in contact center technology with a strong focus on conversational IVR design and development.

Proven experience with leading conversational AI platforms like Google Dialogflow CX and/or Amazon Lex.

Indepth understanding of NLU concepts and best practices.

A solid grasp of contact center operations and workflows.

Excellent communication collaboration and problemsolving skills.

Healthcare experience and a commitment to continuous improvement.
