Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness drive engagement and generate leads.
2. Create and curate engaging content including original text images videos and HTML for distribution across social media channels.
3. Manage all aspects of social media content production from conceptualization and creation to scheduling and publishing.
4. Monitor social media channels for trends insights and conversations relevant to our industry and brand.
5. Foster and nurture relationships with our online community responding to comments messages and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
6. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing objectives.
7. Analyze social media metrics and performance data to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
8. Provide short and longterm market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection analysis and interpretation of market data.
9. Stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing recommending new strategies and tactics to enhance our presence and engagement.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications or related field.
2. Proven experience in social media marketing with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and initiatives.
3. Expertise in major social media platforms including but not limited to Facebook Twitter Instagram LinkedIn and YouTube.
4. Proficiency in content creation and editing tools including but not limited to Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and grammar.
6. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and extract actionable insights.
7. Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and engaging with audiences online.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
9. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer preferred.
10. Experience in market research and analysis is a plus.
